GETTING STARTED
First, you'll receive a face-to-face video consultation, movement assessment & needs assessment to determine what you've tried before, what limits your progress and how you can begin to improve. 
We can then get you started on your bespoke fitness & nutrition program.

WEEK 2

TAKING ACTION
You will begin to use and put your Nutrition & Fitness routine into action. Meal ideas are given to help build an idea of what could fit into your current lifestyle.
Daily feedback on exercise is given via our TrueCoach app
End of first workout week progress meeting - how did you feel, where can you improve etc 
Nutrition & Movement data is reviewed via TrueCoach app

WEEK 3 - 5

BEGIN TO SEE RESULTS
You're now starting to get familiar with your new routine. Your energy levels and mood begin to increase and you'll start noticing subtle differences in your physique and appearance. 
We will closely monitor your progress and adjust your program as necessary. We'll answer every question you may have and provide you with all the support you need.

WEEK 6 ONWARDS

THE ROAD AHEAD
Regular meetings are held to keep track of your physical and mental welfare. Changes are made based on your individual progress.
Your program will have reached advanced stages whereby it flows seamlessly alongside and compliments your daily lifestyle and schedule. 

By now you will be feeling and looking amazing and highly motivated to develop your health further.

Meet Amy

Amy felt unsure and insecure about her health and fitness. She found it difficult to manage exercise around an existing knee injury and seriously disliked the gym environment.

Following her consultation with the Foster Fitness Coaching Team, we developed a workout plan with clear goals and progression - all from the comfort of her home!


Before long, she's dropped a dress size and said she had "found the enthusiasm and motivation for exercise she was completely lacking before." 

Meet Ben

Ben thought he would make a mistake at the gym leading to embarrassment or even injury.

He worried that everyone would notice that he didn't know how to use the equipment in the gym properly.

After meeting with Michael and discussing his fears, we got to work on a step by step plan that resulted in the lean and athletic body you see above.


He was particularly happy to notice changes in his posture, especially improvements to his 'tech neck.'

Meet Siobhan

Siobhan suffers from a condition that affects her whole body. At one point it became so tough to manage she completely lost control of her health.


After in-depth research, Jonathan was able to put together a program that helped Siobhan gain a body that she is happy with. 


Most importantly she can once again do everyday tasks without so much pain.
